Digitization projects

Over the period of time, we have executed a substantial number of digitiation projects across various government departments and states in the country. Below provided is a glimpse of the various services we have rendered.

FORM ENTRY - we have a dedicated in house team of 100+ associates who are dedicated for ongoing form data entry projects of various departments. We also execute projects on-site or near-site basis with temporary teams locally present. All such projects are excuted under stringent data security and timelines.
DATA CONVERSION - we execute a number of data conversion projects, wherein data present in non-editable forms like PDF or JPG scans need to be entered into online forms of various department processes. We ensure stringent quality control, proofing and delivery within committed time lines.
SCANNING / OCR - we undertake projects to scan existing hard copy documents of various departments and make them available in online portals with proper indexing and identification tagging. We also perform OCR based evaluations for various government examinations.

Census work

We have executed a number of prestigious census projects of the both state and Central government departments. We have conducted complete on-field enumerations across the country.

DIGITAL SURVEY - we are amongst the first organisations to partcipate and enable digital, online surveys for various government departments. We use rugged tablet PCs to enable on-field enumerators to perform online surveys. We deploy complete online web services based survey platforms, which can be accessed from any location and data collation happens in real time.
MANUAL SURVEY - we also have executed numerous paper (manual) surveys for various departments. We have a very strong field presence and can establish required manpower resources across the country for any such survey projects. We ensure quality data collection, submission and reporting within stipulated time frames.
SURVEY ANAYLTICS - we are one of the very few companies who deliver analytics and insignt based consultation to departments based on survey data. We have in-house experts on statistics and numeric analytics methods. We design reports and MIS based on department requirements and provide the online systems using which department officials can access such reports and insights and smart drill downs from any device.

Software development

We have designed, developed and deployed software applications for wide range of processes across varied government departments. We bring in a very unique UI/UX into our software which ensures they are readily adopted by the users.

eHRMS - a complete HRMS platform for managing department staff spread across multiple locations, departments, designations and with varying job descriptions. Complete transfer management, KYC, Aadhar registration, recuitment analysis, payroll, leave and attendance management. Online .NET based system.
Stores SCM - real time Supply Chain Management system for stores and item control, medicine and vaccine control, expiry management, dynamic allocation based on demand, budgeting, indenting and rules driven allocation. Item tracking, integrated with asset identification and locating systems.
CMS - we have designed and delivered a custom built Case Management System for a quasi-judicial commission, wherein it is used for case hearing scheduling, case entries, auto-intimation of case hearings to parties over Email and SMS. Provides capability to store judgement scanned copies for future reference.
Online RetailPOS - this is a custom built online retail POS system for a government retailing organisation dealing with leather items and accessories.Ideally suited for multi-store, multi-showroom and distributed network setup. Completely real time dash boards for all transactions, which can be drilled down a particular showroom or even a sales staff. Complete track of all receipts and includes customer loyalty management.
Websites / mobile apps - we undertake custom website and app development works for various departments, projects or forums. We build state-of-the-art responsive web portals, using contemporary designs and responsive templates.
