Process automation platform

This is a rule engine based automation platform that has advanced in-built algorithms that can automate any given workflow based on the business or process logic. 

  • CITIZEN GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL SYSTEM - this is a rule based citizen grievance registration, system that will auto-generate tickets for every registered grievance, auto-intimate such tickets to the citizen and the stakeholders on mail or SMS. Every ticket has pre-defined TATs, which if breached, the system auto-escalates the ticket to the next higher authority in the department. The system tracks every registered grievance till its resolution or closure.
  • COMPLAINT TICKETING SYSTEM - this can be used for citizen services helpdesk to register complaints against service delays, hold-ups, general complaints. Each such complaint can be segregated based on type and priority and can be assigned to respective department official for further action. system has well defined and configurable escalation matrices for monitoring SLA or TAT breaches.
  • INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION - All platforms provided under this automation category, are integrated with multi-channel communication platform, which can have varying comunication channels enabled depending on their availability..
